Client’s platform can be installed and used on computers with "Mac OS" with the help of Wine. Wine is the software having free distribution, which allows to apply systems like "Unix" - to be used for "Microsoft Windows". Among others, there is also "Wine" for "Mac OS ".
"Wine" is not stable a product, which means that not all functions of opened application are able to work properly.
To install on "Mac OS" it is recommended to use the refinement of "PlayOnMac", which has free distribution. "PlayOnMac" is a software based on «Wine» that allows easily to install Windows applications on "Mac OS "system.
"PlayOnMac" installation
STEP 1

To install "PlayOnMac" open the official website of product, move to "Downloads" section and click the link of download the latest version. (Fig. 1).

When the DMG-package of installation will be loaded, open it in "Downloads" section of your computer.

After that will appear the first window of "PlayOnMac". After clicking "Go" the installer will start the inspection and installation of various components.

The first component of work is «XQuartz». It is a software tool for using the «X Window System» window system in "Mac OS". "X Window System" - provides standard tools and protocols like "ОС" which constructs the user‘s graphic interface in "UNIX".

If you have already installed "XQuartz" or you want to install it by yourself, choose appropriately the items "Don't install XQuartz for the moment" or "I've downloaded file by myself".
The installation of "Xquartz" takes place in several stages: During the first stage is necessary to read the important information (Read Me) and agree with the terms of the license.

Before the installation "Mac OS" security system will require to enter your account password.

Wait for the end of the installation. In order to be activated, it is necessary to restart your computer.

After the restart of system from the installation files again open "PlayOnMac" in "Downloads" folder. Again the first window will appear. This time the installer will offer installation of required font for "MS Windows" and also for accurate work.

Agree with the conditions of licensed contract and wait for the end of the installation. After that "PlayOnMac" is ready for use. You will see the main window.
Update of "Wine"

To update to the latest version of "Wine" open the top menu of "PlayOnMac" and choose the command "Manage Wine Versions".

After that will be opened a window of available "Wine" versions for the installation .Select the most recent version (currently version 1.5.21).

After the installation is complete the new version of "Wine" will appear on the left side of "PlayOnMac wine versions manager". Then you can close the window and proceed to the installation of the trading platform.
Platform installation

To install the platform, download "MetaTrader". After the end of downloading open the installation file. It will be opened automatically with the help of "PlayOnMac".

After that the standard installation process will begin. Pass all stages of it.

After the installation is complete, the "PlayOnMac" will offer to create labels for components of platform, which is the client's platform, code editor of "MetaEditor" and "MetaTester".

After the creation of needed labels you can start work on the trading platform. For loading make double click on it in "PlayOnMac" window.
