Setting CFD on a Stock GWPH Pharmaceuticals plc to "Close only" from 19th February 2021

Please be aware that due to the fact that Jazz Pharmaceuticals Plc has agreed to acquire GW Pharmaceuticals Plc, TeleTrade has set CFD on GWPH to "Close only" from 23:59 of 19th February 2021 (UTC+2).
On 22nd of February 2021 at 23:59 (UTC +2) any opened and pending positions in GWPH will be closed by the Company based on the last available price of the day. We reccomend to close all the positions in GWPH before that time.
Before was announced that Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (Nasdaq: JAZZ) and GW Pharmaceuticals plc (Nasdaq: GWPH) have agreed to acquire JAZZ GW Pharmaceuticals plc. The deal is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2021. Upon close of the transaction, the combined company will become a leader in neuroscience with a global commercial and operational footprint.
